"We had a lot going on at this party. Gregg needed to handle our multimedia dinner show, including a slide show, and a "public service" announcement via DVD video clip and sound. He also had to make sure we had a grand entrance song for walking into dinner (Mardi Gras theme), and dinner music. Then, he had to work with some of my other team members to manage our Karaoke portion of the night. I think we only got to dance for an hour because everyone was having so much fun with the Karaoke! Gregg took care of all of this without a hitch. He was fun to work with, easy to communicate with, highly professional, and I relied heavily on his expertise. He was able to get all of the different means of entertainment - and the technical challenges that go along with that - going on time and just the way we asked for it. His announcements were always accurate and delivered in an energetic way. Believe me, we've had other DJs before who couldn't even get that straight (of course, not from Sounds Abound). I'm sure he must have been exhausted afterwards, and I didn't get a chance to say good-bye and thank him after the party. He was GREAT, and I would request him again for any other event requiring a DJ. I relied on Sounds Abound to choose our DJ and you made an outstanding choice. "From the moment I called Sounds Abound I have been impressed. The staff was amazing on the initial phone call and provided all of the options for me with great clarity. It was a great experience and the staff was always great when I called with any questions or changes. We loved looking at the DJ options with their videos. My fiance and I LOVED the online planner. The music selection was expansive and covered both of our musical tastes! We could even pay online! Also, we decided to get our Invitatiions and many of our wedding accessories through Sounds Abound. The Invitation process was incredible and I was so happy with the results and choices they provided! At the reception our DJ Gregg was an incredible DJ! "From my first phone call, your company's Customer Service was top notch. I left a VERY detailed message on a Sunday night and your associate called the next morning and answered every question in a voicemail and said he would follow up in a week if he did not hear from me. We came to your office once to listen to music, even thought you are located over an hour away. That was very helpful. We provided a carefully selected list of songs.
