"After getting engaged, we quickly asked a friend which DJ she had, because her wedding was AMAZING. She recommended Sounds Abound. From the moment we contacted Sounds Abound, we knew that we were in good hands. Whether it was our initial meeting, questions we had throughout the process, or the day of the wedding, you were there to put our minds at ease. Kyle met with us and made sure that our wedding went exactly as we planned (even triple checking the pronunciation of our wedding party). During the actual reception he played exactly what we asked. Our guests commented several times during dinner about how great the music was...they had no idea what was about to happen. Once the dance floor opened Kyle made sure that it never cleared out. We had over three straight hours of a packed dance floor. He was able to read the mood of the crowd, and would make sure to please everyone. My wife and I were able to go up to him with any requests (and there were some odd ones), and he accommodated immediately knowing that it was what we wanted. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our wedding day turned out even better than we could have imagined, and Kyle and Mitch made that happen. We had so many people come up to us after the wedding and asked who our DJ was, and even three weeks later when we see people all they talk about was how they have never seen a DJ keep so many people out on the dance floor. I would recommend Sounds Abound (and specifically Kyle) for ANY event. He truly focuses on what the hosts of the party want. Whether it is classic and clean, or a huge dance party, Sounds Abound will make it happen. Thanks for everything! Keep doing what you are doing."

"Comments on overall experience: Kyle was AMAZING!!!! Everyone still talks about how great he was at our wedding and how the dancing lasted ALL night long! I was so impressed on how well he managed the dance floor and got everyone, even my Grandma who has not stepped on a dance floor since her wedding, dancing to just about every song!!! I could not have asked or wished for a better DJ. Kyle surpassed my expectations of the music played, I don't think there was one bad song all night. We gave him a short list of our favorites and he came up with the rest! Kyle was so professional, courteous, energetic, polite, respectful, and most importantly a blast to have around! "We are very pleased with our choice of Kyle as our DJ. We had a bump in the road when the power went out during the reception but Kyle stayed later than planned to make up for the lost time - he handled the situation very well. The dance floor was always full, and when everyone started leaving for one song he quickly changed it to get people back up there. We also liked that he was dancing and really into it as well, I've had guests make comments about that too. The online planner was nice to have so we could make song selections at home. Overall- VERY happy with everything."

"We initially picked a DJ that ended up quitting and all of our other choices happened to be already taken. We ended up choosing Kyle Overbey and the funny part is that he had recently changed his video and had that been the video we saw from the start he would have been our first choice hands down. He was AWESOME! Not cheesy at all, very professional, right on top of things, and played the music we wanted to hear. He was emailing me before the wedding seeing if I needed anything, which was helpful because there are so many things to do. He was very good about letting us know when the next thing was going to happen and stayed in close contact with our photographer as well to make sure she was ready for all the important photos. I would not hesitate to recommend him at all! He does look very young but is very professional and was very flexible when we changed things last minute! Very reliable seeing he is the son of the owner of the company!"
