professionalism was always maintained as he interacted with
and entertained the guests! We so greatly appreciated his helping
with the timing of events (introductions, cake cutting, first
dance, etc.) The introductions were high energy and probably
the best I've ever heard! Likewise, he was very well prepared
musically, with dance moves, and even with a sewing kit to help
the groom when a button fell off his tux! The music selection
was great and all the guests were up dancing the whole night!

"We were so pleased with everyone that we delt with at
Sounds Abound. We spoke to many people including, Victoria,
Joann, Gregg and Ken before the big day and everyone was so
curteous and kind. Our video montage was PERFECT and Brian and
I were so happy to share those pictures with our guests. They
all enjoyed watching it too. I have to say that the option of
picking your own DJ is wonderful! Brian and I picked Steve Drews
and there is no better DJ on the Earth!! He played the best
songs and he was involved with some of the dances. My greatest
memory was doing the Car Wash and seeing all of my family joining
in on the Fun! I also loved when Steve blew up a guitar and
gave it to my dad to rock out with during an AC/DC song!! The
dance floor was alway packed and my guests were having the time

"Steve Drews was Amazing!!! From the moment we met Steve
our experience was truly flawless! We only picked a few slow
dance songs and trusted Steve to read our crowed and play appropriate
songs for them other than the few slow songs that we specifilclly
wanted. We didn't do any of the must-play or do-not play lists.
We trusted that Steve was a professional and could pick songs
for our guests. His expertise showed through the entire night.
We asked him to play music that was great but you couldn't really
dance to for cocktail hour. He played a great mix of music and
we had tons of our guests say that it was the most fun cocktail
hour they have ever been to. His introductons were perfect!
He pronounced everyone's names perfectly since he called us
the week of the wedding to review all pronounciation. He had
a wonderfully clear speaking voice that wasn't cheezy at all.
Then once the dancing began he kept the dance floor packed the
entire night! Everyone from my 4 year old niece to my 87 year
old aunt couldn't stop dancing! I had several of my guests compliment
me on my DJ. People that typically don't dance at all coudn't
resist getting on the dance floor. He really did act a a master
of ceremonies and lead us through all the specialty dances seamlessly.
He led the Electric Slide and 10 seperate people told me that
they have always wanted to do the Electric Slide but didn't
know how, and Steve made them feel comfortable enough to get
up and learn how to do it and they had a great time! He brought
props for the YMCA and a blow up gutar for Old Time Rock and
Rolll and everone had a blast! He over heard our guests talking
about hte Bears and played the SuperBowl Shuffle. Every guy
in the place was on the dance floor rocking!! Steve found a
way to totally pump up our crowd and get them on the dance floor
without being cheezy at all. You can tell that he LOVES his
job and his enthusiasm is contagious for everyone! I really
can't rave enough about Steve Drew! I would personally recommend
him to anyone who is looking for a DJ with class and a genuine
love of a great party! He was a joy to work with and made my
reception absolutely perfect! I can't thank him enough! My wedding
was 2 weeks ago and every time I talk to a different guest one
of the very first things they do is talk about how amazing my
D J was. As amazing as he was though, he never tried to be the
"star" of the night or get any attention, he just
subtley created an exciting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy!
He was the perfect DJ!"

"Steve Drews was a fantastic DJ. He was very professional, meeting with us before the event to assure he had all the names correct as well as what we would like for our music for the wedding. He also wanted to know stories about us and our friends and family so he could incorporate them into the music and night. At the reception itself, he read the crowd very well and played a great array of music. He made it more personal by telling a quick story or note about us as they related to a song.
